These terms apply to Joblink Agent at joblinkagent.com, operated by Lotus AI Inc. (“Joblink”, “we”). By using Joblink or creating an account, you agree to them and to our Privacy policy.
What Joblink does
Joblink shows hourly job openings posted by employers and helps you apply. Joblink is not your employer and does not decide who is hired. Each employer makes its own decisions and sets its own pay, schedule and requirements. We don’t guarantee that a job is still open or that you will be hired.
Sara is an automated assistant
Sara is software, not a person. She can make mistakes. Pay, shift and location shown on a job come from the employer’s posting; confirm important details with the employer before you rely on them. You can ask for a person on our team at any time.
Your account
- You must be at least 16 and give accurate information about yourself.
- Keep your email account secure; anyone with access to it can sign in to Joblink.
- Apply only for yourself. One account per person.
Applying and identity verification
Before an application is sent, you verify your identity with our provider, Veriff. You review your application before you confirm it. Applying through Joblink is free for job seekers.
Acceptable use
- Use Joblink only to look for work for yourself, and only for lawful purposes.
- Don’t enter sensitive information in chat, such as a Social Security number or ID numbers.
- Don’t submit false information, impersonate anyone, harass anyone, or send spam.
- Don’t try to disrupt Joblink, get around its protections, or collect data from it.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
Our content
The Joblink name, logo, design and text belong to Lotus AI Inc. Job postings belong to the employers who posted them.
No warranties
Joblink is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Lotus AI Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of Joblink, or for an employer’s decisions or conduct.
Changes and law
We may update these terms by posting a new version here; if a change is significant, we will ask you to accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
