Delete your data
You can ask Joblink Agent (Lotus AI Inc.) to delete the information we hold about you, whether you used Joblink on this website or on WhatsApp.
How to ask
- Email support@joblinkagent.com with the subject “Delete my data”. Send it from the email address on your Joblink account, or tell us the phone number you used on WhatsApp.
- Or, in the chat or on WhatsApp, ask Sara to talk to a person (“I want to talk to a person”) and tell our team you want your data deleted.
What happens next
We confirm the request, then delete your account, your conversations with Sara, your job preferences and your verification results within 30 days. If you applied for a job, we may keep a record of that application when the law requires it. Information already sent to an employer you applied to is held by that employer.
To stop WhatsApp messages without deleting anything, write STOP or BAJA.
